1. Do I need to register in the online shop?
 
We do not require registration in the online shop. The shopping process is quick and easy without it.

2. What is the ordering process?

The La Perla Húngara online shop is available with in-stock products. We recommend you to choose your currency first. The currency can be set on the desktop interface above the menu - on the right hand side - or on a mobile device by opening the menu (three lines in the top right corner).
Add the selected product(s) to the basket (using the dedicated button), then open the basket (top right corner), then click on the payment button to enter the details. Then, you can enter the delivery method. As I post the products ordered in Spain, they will be received by Magyar Posta Logistika in Hungary, so this is the only option available.
In all cases I will send you a tracking number so you will be able to follow where your parcel is.

In our webshop, prices are displayed automatically in Euros, but we also accept Forint and US Dollars.

5. Where can I set the currency?

You can set the currency on desktop by going to the menu above the menu bar - right hand side- on mobile devices by opening the menu (three lines in the top right corner), but you can set it in the footer too.

6. How can I pay by credit card with Stripe?

When you make a payment, you will see the integrated interface of Stripe. There you will have to enter the usual details. Stripe is one of the most reliable- bank-independent, international - payment systems that accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay and other payment methods.


7. How to make a bank transfer?

The price of the products you ordered can be paid by bank transfer (advance payment). The confirmation e-mail you receive after placing your order will include the details of the transfer. Please transfer the amount to the following bank account:

8. When and how will the purchase be made?

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the purchase is concluded upon payment of the price of the product(s), i.e. upon receipt of the funds.

9. How will I get the product?

I will post the product(s) the next working day after receipt of the payment. The Spanish Post Office (Correos España) is linked to the national post offices of each country so wherever you order your parcel, it will be delivered by the local government post office. In Hungary, this means Magyar Posta Logistika.
I'll send you a tracking number in each case, so you'll know where your parcel is.
The general experience is that it takes about a week to deliver the parcel to Hungary and the USA.

10. How much does the delivery cost?

To Europe - except Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Georgia, Malta, Moldova, Russia - there is no extra postage, i.e. delivery is free of charge!
For all countries listed as exceptions and all other countries outside Europe, the postage is €15

11. What should I do in case I want to return the product?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to send the product back. If you decide to do so, please contact me at info@laperlahungara.eu.
The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of the return of the product.
Attention! There are two important things to know:
In case of return, the postage is at the buyer's expense.
The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Exceptions are made for the items that are made on special request. e.g. items embroidered with your name.
